Lance Armstrong is a role model and he made a mistake. He has accepted responsibility for his wrong doing, and it would be a good way to start the healing process. He needs to start making amends, and show young people that if you do the crime, you do the time. He's first act should be a considerable contribution.
They singled him out for a witch hunt no matter what the results of this situation are. There are some that might say he broke the rules, but there are so many people who broke the rules if they would just investigate them, they need to realize that investigations only work if they are not witch hunts.
No one should donate to a charity they don't actually support. Charitable donations should be given freely and because the person donating wants to make the donation, not because they feel guilty about something they may or may not have done. Charity should never be compulsory. Since nothing was ever proven against Armstrong, there is no reason for him to donate unless he wants to.
I do not think that Lance Armstrong should donate money to the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency. The only reason he would do so is to try to repair his image, which s very tarnished at this point. Armstrong is already a cheater and look at negatively by everyone so donating that money would not help him that much.
