I think they should because gender shouldn't matter. If men and women both work in the same department then they should get paid the same amount. Now if a man and a women worked in a different department one better than the other there's nothing wrong with that. No matter what gender people should always get paid the same amount.
I personally think that regardless of whether somebody is a female or male, if somebody is being paid to do the same type of work at a construction site, they should be getting the same wage. If a person can do just as good of a job as somebody else, then it doesn't matter if they a man or a woman.
Yes, I believe that if males and females are performing the same work on the same job, then they should be paid the same. The sex of the individual should not be an issue of any kind. Different position pay different when it come to construction and any other job. If the individual is able to perform in the same magnitude as another then they should receive the same compensation.
I believe males and females on construction sites should receive the same wages, if they're hired to do the same work. There are women in the construction field that are just as capable as men and there is no reason to pay them less. Equal wages should be regarded as a necessity.

Males and females on construction sites should not receive the same wages, if they're hired to do the same work. This is because men and women have different strength levels. Men are stronger than women because they have so much more muscle and tend to have larger frames. Women should not be paid the same because they wouldn't be as productive because they have less strength.
Yes, women deserve equal wages to men as they are hardworking members of the workforce. However, manual labor is an exception in that biologically, men are built to be more physically powerful and imposing than women and are therefore more likely to accomplish hard construction work more efficiently Companies will get more for their buck when they pay men more to work quickly and independently.
Women take advantage of being female and don't do the same physical jobs as men. Just take the military for perfect example, they only want to be in jobs that aren't as physically demanding buy still receive the same benefits as male counterparts and claim equal opportunity or other complaints when someone so much as reprimands them.
