  • No, some parents may have beliefs against abortion

Teen pregnancy is a epidemic and should be dealt with before the fetus fully develops. Parents should not be involved with what their pregnant children should do, there should be a direct link from the school infirmary to abortion clinics in case the child needs to get help when their parents are not supportive of the operation.

  • But if you have one you should have the other

If a woman is too young to be responsible enough to know that abortion is the right decision then she's also too young to be responsible enough to know that carrying the pregnancy to term is the right decision. If we allow parents to veto their daughter's abortion they should also be allowed to mandate abortion. I think it's a better idea to let the girl make her own decision.
