Should people be able to change parts of their DNA to get rid of future diseases and to make them live longer.

  • 7 billion doesn't even cover half of the earth

The earth's population is around 7 billion people. Scientists are discovering new energy sources that may need testing but is less damaging than fossil fuel. We also haven't even discovered over 50% of earth's land. We can move people around to give more welcoming environments. It has also been said that all 7 billion and more of us could stand shoulder to shoulder and still be in the boundaries of LA and every family in the world, could have their own home with a yard and live inside of Texas. Now I believe if we did this it should be a bought procedure rather than just giving it away.

  • It's reticulated idea

The earth is barely surviving now, how can people think that the earth will survive with even more people? All the crops will be used up faster than they can be produced. More and more people will be using cars and global warming will increase making the life of Earth much shorter than expected. People want to sacrifice the entire earth so that they can live for 20 more years? It is ridiculous. People who are actually concerned for the welfare of the environment, should not care that they die, they should care that the world is still in place.

  • This is rediculas

People who are actually concerned for the welfare of the environment, should not care that they die, they should care that the world is still in place. So far the Earth is barely able to sustain life for all of the 7 billion people on earth. Fossil fuels are running out and scientists are having a hard time getting new energy sources. If the life of people is longer, babies will still be born, but a less amount of people will die to make up for the new baby births. Eventually, the earth will be over run and too many people will be living on earth and there won’t be enough food for everyone. The earth is barely surviving now, how can people think that the earth will survive with even more people?
