People can do whatever they want and believe in whatever they please. Quite frankly, it's rather rude to degrade someone's beliefs and interests. Just because you may not be 100% like your sign doesn't mean astrology is false. Check the rest of your chart if you doubt astrology you guys! Seriously though please.
Everything in life is up to interpretation. Some people swear by astrology and astrologers. Others think it is bunk. The same can be said about the Bible or the Qu'ran--some believe in those sacred texts wholeheartedly while others think those books are just good stories or tall tales without religious merit. It's all up to what people truly believe inside of them as to whether something is a bona fide fact or not.
People should not put their faith in astrology as fact. Although astrology might create accurate predictions or have truthful elements in its makeup, it is not a hard science. Putting ones faith in a pseudo-science creates confusion for when horoscopes turn out to be misleading or false. This will make the believer begin to question the reliability and easily debunk it as not being based on facts.
I do not think that people should put their faith in astrology as fact because a lot of it is just speculation or used for fun. People do not actually know what you are like based of stars or off numbers and the day you were born. It is a fun coincidence when it works out right.
Although there are many people who follow astrology and believe it to be, or wish it to be factual, it is in reality completely unsubstantiated. There is no evidence to support astrology, nor any reason to believe it to be true. It is suitable for harmless entertainment, but to put one's faith in it would be a mistake.
I do not believe people should put their faith in astrology as fact, because it is quite the opposite. Astrology is based on the view of stars from Earth. When you consider astrology, as a practice, would be impossible to do from any other location in the Universe, it seems quite silly to assume that it is a true science.
