    When I go to buy a pack of cigarettes, I have to present my ID. When I go to buy alcohol, I have to present my ID. In classes, I have had to present my ID for the final. I do not have a problem with the government asking for my ID in order to vote. In fact, I feel like it should have been happening all along.

    It sounds good for me as a middle class white person to say that a photo ID should be required in order to vote. But what I am hearing is that there are populations out there such as seniors, poor people, and students, who do not have easy access to this and are finding it hard to vote.
