Should police, emt, or pedestrian be charged for physically intervening a suicide?

  • No responses have been submitted.
  • I think people have the right to commit suicide without the physical interference from law enforcement or good samaritans.

America has an unfair criminal justice system, a lot of poverty and no employment opportunities. What is a person supposed to do, attend a pro life church? This is a system where certain people are above the law and are not required to follow the same social norms as everybody else. I think people have the right to commit suicide to free themselves from this system, without physical interference from law enforcement or good samaritans. I think law enforcement or samaritans should be charged for physically intervening an individual's 'right to pursue happiness'.
