  • Yes, prostitution harms people and society.

Diseases are spread, women are subjected to being objects, vulnerable people are coerced into activities they otherwise wouldn't engage in, indentured servitude is essentially reinstated, the tax payer will get to fund the financial calamity of increased abortions and disease transmission, and the caring for of unwanted children that are a result of these "unharmful" sexual transactions. The social fabric of society will decline to the equivalent of Spain's Barcelona, where prostitutes line the streets 24 hours a day. The "no harm" argument is a fallacy invented by liberals to destroy the social, moral, and physical fabric of Western society.

  • Prostitution Should Not Be a Crime

No, prostitution should not be a crime. If two consenting adults wish to do anything at all, then they should be allowed to. Adults have the right to decide what they wish to do with their bodies. So-called "victim-less crimes" are a blight on the justice system and just take resources away from fighting real crimes.

  • No,prostitution should not be a crime

Several thoughts can support the supposition that prostitution should not be considered a crime.First of all it involves sex, which is pretty much a universal experience.Second of all is that some might say that it is a voluntary activity which means that there might not really be a victim involved in the activity.

  • Prostitution should be legal.

If a woman chooses to work in the oldest profession, she should be allowed to. No one is getting hurt (unless that is what one wants). She is performing a service, providing a commodity. They should be tested for disease regularly, and of course always use protection. I don't understand why the law is still in affect. It should have been changed a long time ago.
