Should schools budget cuts have to take away music from students?

  • Music should not be cut.

Music in it's entirety is also known as "nature's soul soother." Students obviously need music in their lives due to simple problem causers such as playing their music too loudly on the bus, having ear buds in during class. School administrators have tried to do things about this but it just doesn't seem to work because students will always have some type of music in their lives. It's not so much as they want it, but they need it. I myself am in a high school band, and I wouldn't trade it for the world because I simply get to give back to the world by making music. Making a soul soother. Music seems to be most troubled teens' escape from the world. So why add to the fire and take away something so many believe in?
