  • Schools should have swimming pools

If one child does not know how to swim they will drown if they want to relax in the water of a body if water like the beach. If there grown up selves don't know how to swim they probably struggle in teaching there kids who grow up to swim. So you can come to a conclution about this problem. And you also grow muscles quickly. ( being on a swim team myself, you WILL NOT see an obise or over wait person on a swim team)

  • The swim team and waterpolo team have to travel to any different locations that cause inconvenience towards parents and students.

Many sports groups such as the swim team and waterpolo team have to go to many different locations as they don't have the resources they need to achieve higher places. The swim team and waterpolo team have to travel to any different locations that cause inconvenience towards parents and students. These inconveniences include finding transport to go to practices and games, they also have to pay fees to use other pools as their own school doesn’t have one. Finding transport can be a major inconvenience towards parents who are working long hours and will have to carpool to go to practices and games

  • Swimming is tons of fun and great exercise! Also, might be slightly cheaper.

I have been doing swimming for 2 years now and I feel great! I have gotten really big muscles and really fast in and out of the water. I have learned things I never knew about swimming; the tiny little details. I have enjoyed every second of swimming and hope other people find joy in it, too. Right now my high school doesn't have a pool so we have to go to a rec center and it is tiring! We have to go there very late at night after the free swim. If we got a real pool in the school, we wouldn't have to spend money on renting the rec center and buses.

  • Helps muscles grow

Kids need to have strong muscles so the teachers will teach the kids how to swim. It will also help kids who are afraid of the water learn how to not be afraid of the water and at the same time build up-confidence. That will be important later on in life since you'll always have to do things that go on your nerves.

  • Why schools should have pools in them!

Why schools should have pools in them is because the school can make a swimming team and the school can make money for the kids and the school. It is real healthy for the kids because you can gain strength and it would help all the disabled kids can learn how to swim and do all the fun activities. One of my friends is scared of water because he watched one of his family members drown and it could help those kind of kids get use to the water again and not be afraid of the water anymore. That is why we should have pools in schools.

  • Pools Should be Aloud in School

Schools need swimming pool at school because it can help children learn to swim, they can learn new styles to swim, the can learn new tricks in the swim class, and it's a very good physic exciter size. It will be very good for the children. That why schools have to have swimming pools.

  • Kids get lots of exercise

They can get better at swimming and they can help themselves if they were without people with them if they were drowning. Klsevkerge d g dfg e g fd g d fg df g df g df gd fg erg df g dfg e h gfd g e g erg

  • Teachers are not lifegaruds

If schools had a pool there would have to be so many techers watching u play making sure everything is ok and i don't think that most of the teachers want to get wet and plus if they had to do that they would have no time to organise school work

  • Pools are stupid

They're expensive ( no more filtering, less staff to pay for, no more plumbing issues, heating the pools = $$$$) Pool waste of time it's not educational like science or math where you could be learning something important unlike how to do front crawl. Barely anyone likes pool and it's awkward with boys and girls at a certain age. Feeling self conscious and not wanting to be around the other gender is normal and it's not somehig I'd like to do. In the end I think pool in schools is just stupid.

  • Argument about swimming pools

Swimming pools are a very big responsibility, and it is not any fault of the school if one of the students drowns or has a deathlike injury, swimming pools are very risky opportunities that may cause death if used improperly.

Although supports argue that schools should have pools because they are fun and exciting and they are also a way to get the energy out of students, and that the school is to have a pool, to be used only in lessons of sport

  • Parent's Responsibility and Drowning

It is not the Schools responsibility to teach other peoples children how to swim. I t should be the parents duty. Swimming pools cause drowning and this is another thing why schools should not have pools because a student may get over the fence and fall into the pool and drown.

  • Not Cost Effective

Some schools have pools from the 80s and 90s when school athletics were far more emphasized. However, these days, school sports in general receive almost no funding. The 4 big earners are basketball, soccer, baseball, and of course, football. Beyond these four, the high school athletics groups are pretty much on their own. That being said, swimming and diving is a low income sport, and it would be a waste of money to invest several thousands of dollars on a pool facility while the projected income probably wouldn't even remotely cover the out of pocket costs to build one. That's why many schools have outside partnerships with aquatic centers.
