I don't believe we should ban them, but we should be wise enough to respect the culture they'll take pride in. If we ban it then it becomes invisible, and that lack of acculturation essentially becomes the abstinence vs safe sex argument.
The schools should teach about the culture they're representing. If they abstain, it'll just limit the world of the pupil that'll grow apathetic or fearful of any customs too foreign to them due to abstinence. If the school represents the culture poorly then the people they mock would resent the school and its pupils for their ignorance.
If we start young, we more often than not get what we put in. It'll provide some good opportunities to teach respect, humility, curiosity, and understanding.
