Should smoking in bars be allowed when the bar is staffed by the owner alone and the owner permits it

  • Your place your rules

If an individual owns a bar and allows smoking that is the individuals choice, If patrons don't find it appealing they can excuse themselves from said establishment. In my mind this shouldn't even be a question but rather a common sense fact of reality.

That is just my two cents

  • No concerns about violating worker's rights

Consumers can take it or leave it. Nobody makes anyone go to a bar. Workers on the other hand have to work someplace in order to make a living. If the bar is only staffed by the owner and the owner is OK with smoke then nobody's rights are being violated, so this should be allowed.
