  • Terrorist detainees should be presumed innocent until proven guilty

    Considering the American government is now attacking American citizens claiming terrorism when their lies, murders and hidden agendas are brought to light, they should definitely have to prove there was a terrorist act. If I do something wrong and someone exposes it to the general public I can't claim terrorism, the government shouldn't be allowed to either.

    Terrorists should have the same rights once deported to the United States as American citizens. What that means is that the American courts should show the same justice to terriosts as the American citizen. What kind of law would prevail if doctrines were made up differently for the terrorist offenders.
