Should teens wait until the age of 18 to have drivers licenses?

  • Yes because they do not have the enough experience

Yes because teens do not have the enough experience

I agree that they should have to be 18 until they can have a license because that's when you are considered an 'adult' and able to take responsibility for your actions because if they lowered the age then if an accident happened they won't be punished like they would be at 18.

  • Teens are more likely to text while driving

The likelihood of teens texting while driving are higher than those of an adult. Ten percent of teen drivers who have been in car accidents have reported it was due to texting while driving. I believe if we eliminate the amount of teens on the road then the amount of texting while driving car accidents would go down significantly. Therefore more deaths and serious injuries can be prevented from texting and driving.

  • No they shouldn't

Once kids get to the age of 13 we begin traveling a lot more for different reasons. That is why they get a phone at this age. LOL LOL LOL LOKL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

  • I think students/teenagers should be able to get the ability to drive legally at a young age

Yes teenagers/students should be able to have the ability to drive at a young age legally because its just a chance for them to learn right from wrong. No not all teenagers/students realize that they have other peoples lives is there hands when they are behind the wheel. Thats still not going to prevent them to stop texting and driving or prevent car accidents at young age.

  • NO! It Should Go By Height

No! I will explain my answer in three Reasons:
    1. When the weather is horrid we tend to get really soaked and End up getting in trouble with teachers at school.
    2. It might help with their attendance, meaning they won't be late too often, they can especially if they live in the countryside.
    3. It can give them a sense of maturity and means that they won't have to wait on their parents if they want to go out with mates to places.

  • Why should we?

    I mean, what is the god damn point. H u h? H u h? H u h? H u h? H u h? H u h? H u h? Y e a h! Y a. Y E A H. S E R I O U S L Y. N O WAITING!

  • They need to learn

The younger they start, the faster they will learn about driving. If you start at the age of 16, by the time you are 18 than you will be a lot more skilled and ready. And plus, if you can get a job at the age of 16, than you should be able to drive.

  • Limited Privileges Before Age 18

I think teens should be able to get driving permits that allow driving with limited privileges before age 18, but should not be turned loose alone behind the wheel until after they are 18. Having adult supervision at all times, when a teen is behind the wheel, should logically reduce the number of accidents while the teen driver has some extra opportunities to gain experience as a driver.
