  • Its simple, yes of course.

If they are willing to kill hundreds or thousands of people, to the point they'd give up their own life to do so, surely we can't be blamed for wanting to rid ourselves of such dangers? Terrorism is like smallpox, we just don't need it and it does nothing but bad, i say if you want to be a terrorist, fine, but you give up all your human rights and if caught i say we should be able to do whatever we want with you, what about your human rights i hear you ask? Well what about ours?

  • We are at war

Cant fight a war with one hand tied behind your back did not do this in world war one and two our loved ones and America first if we cant fight back we are lost as a country if Washington cant make tough decisions let the military do it bring back the generals that Obama fired he knows better he was junior senator and never was in the military it does matter

  • Why terrorists deserve the death penalty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrorism, treason, and other war related crimes, involve mass casualties and affect the international community. They cause widespread fear among many populations and disrupts daily life. For example, after September 11th, the military deployed tanks on the Coronado Bridge to guard against the possibility of near future threats of terrorism. In the case of terrorism, there are a lot of victims that die, and many of their friends and relatives who face emotional consequences in the long term. Beyond the emotional consequences of such an attack, there are unspeakable economic repercussions too. This means a terrorist attack or other war crime is a political inconvenience, affects the work day of many citizens, and shifts the population’s focus from productivity to protection. If murder deserves the death penalty on the basis that killing one person means deserving to be killed in return, then a person who commits an act of terrorism, killing many people, definitely deserves death. This is a basic mathematical argument. It is still not even equal, because the criminal can only be punished once whereas the victims and all those emotionally impacted by the crime continue to suffer.- Thomas Russell Wygal

  • Terrorism resulting in death and/or physical harm.

If the penalty is not severe, the act is bound to be repeated more frequently. The penalties for any crime are only a deterrent, there is no way to stop it 100%; but effective curtailment is crucial, so the consequence of breaking any law (secular/moral/religious) must be relative to the desired impact(in this case these highest)

  • Yes we should

As they bomb and kill us so they deserves to die in the most brutal ways possible as they kill our kids and our soldiers so they should be beheaded like they behead our soliders they are no even terrorist there jusyt poofs who kill cunts cause there radicalised mongos

  • World war 2 war criminals..

We As a global society must establish a proverbial line in the sand.. For the men and woman who are convicted and definitively linked to terror threats. I believe we should attribute the nature of their intentions to that of the holocaust.. They should all be tried and imprisoned or put to death by international tribunal. There is no space in this world, as we continue to grow, for anyone intends to commit genocide.. Death .. As archaic as it may be, is the only appropriate method of retribution. Are tax payers to substain these people's lives forever in the name of amnesty? They deserve exactly what they intend to inflict on the innocents in their path.. In the name of religion, or insanity.. However you'd like to spell it out.

  • No they should not.

No one deserves the death penalty, even terrible people who wish to only do us harm. We all have our beliefs and way of living and even though theirs is not right and causes problems and hurts others, it is not right to stoop to their level than turn around and say we are better than them when we just did the same thing.

  • No, not all terrorists should get the death penalty.

There are many lower level terrorists that commit terrorist crimes that are not extreme. It is for this reason that I do not believe that all terrorists should get the death penalty. Only those terrorists that commit crimes deserving of the death penalty should be executed for their crimes, not all of them.

  • No, not all terrorists should automatically get the death penalty.

If a person is a potential terrorist, but has not yet managed to perform any acts of terror (and has, accordingly, harmed no one) then it would not do to kill them just because they might have killed someone else. If a terrorist murders citizens, then it would make sense to give him the death penalty. But if a terrorist hasn't killed anyone, it makes no sense to kill him.

  • No they should not because ,

They deserve the life sentence in prison because they are just getting an easy way out of things yeah of course they were going to kill hundreds of people and them selves but if we put them on the death sentence it is an easy way out of them getting satisfaction

  • Every action is the result of an equal and opisite reaction.

First of all, we are not born with a knife in our hand or a bomb strapped to our body. Secondly, girls just wanna have fun, but so do guys (right guys? The metaphor here means this: that everybody has the same natural positive inclination at some stage of their lives and the good things in life are what make life worth living;); But, is war fun? (maybe) Adrenaline (a hormone of excitement) sure is a noteworthy hormone, but the noteworthy moments in our lives which some of us live by and die for are perhaps, not worth that of the value of a whole life taken. What is vital to understand is that my life (and yours) is important and valuable. If we look at something, it is sometimes necessary to find a way to just make things better and if possible, focus on how it got to be that way, later.
For example, the constant war. Why is there a war going on? This is an important question, but lets please focus on the more important question here "how can we stop it?". Lets also not lie to our selves and others while we're at it and go around throwing labels like "terrorist".
Because maybe then we should all confess to being terrorists.

Are we going to slow the murder by killing more people? Maybe, but its not in the slightest way ethical. And personaly i would like to see the non ethical people in this world stop talking, and start listening. It doesn't matter as much what they're fighting about (for real) it matters that they stop.

  • No, they should not

On moral grounds, how can one human decide to deliberately end another human being's life? Human beings have no business deliberately taking the lives of other human beings.
Also, while the death penalty may be used to deter other people from doing down the same path, it is not a very strong deterrent. This is because the inherent element of terrorism also involves death.

  • No they soud

The system is not always fair. Attorneys bend the truth. The public never really gets the true story. The media and the government are complicit in coverups of these incidents and are never taken to justice if they are involved. The best thing to do would be life behind bars without the chance of having parole.

  • We would be doing the same

If we kill them we are just doing the same. I agree that they are despicable human beings, so why should we lower ourselves to their standards. We would be making a complete fool of ourselves and all of humanity. The death penalty is wrong altogether, why have we not realised this. #killthedeathpenalty.
