The 2013 curriculum should not be applied nationally, as it is a poor curriculum that does not suffice and should be replaced with a far more robust and comprehensive curriculum that expands on better methods and far more knowledge for everyone. School should be able to choose what is important in their respective districts. In cases where there is a school that is extremely successful, they will be able to share best practices with neighboring districts.
