Should the Bloody Sunday killings be considered murder?

  • Bloody Sunday Killings Were Muder

By using any sense of reason, the Bloody Sunday Killings obviously were murder. Nobody should consider these killings anything but murder, since all killings by definition amount to homicide. Therefore, we should stop arguing about the Bloody Sunday Killings and accept them as needless murders that should not have happened.

  • If they deserve it

If people would be found guilty under the law for murder then they should be tried for murder, even if the murder happened years before. There is no statute of limitation for murder in most countries in the world (at least Western countries), so there is no reason they shouldn't be.

  • It was cold blooded murder

Yes, the Bloody Sunday killings should be considered murder. British soldiers acted like pigs and animals, killing 26 men, women and children in cold blood for simply protesting in favor of civil rights. It was a dark day in the history of the United Kingdom, and the fact that those soldiers were never punished is reprehensible.

  • The Bloody Sunday killings should be considered murder.

The Bloody Sunday killings should be considered murder. The battle was wrong from the beginning and attacking that boat was pointless. Alot of innocent people died because of it and I think that the people behind the Bloody Sunday killings should be punished. They had no right to do what they did.

  • It was calculated violence.

Yes, the Bloody Sunday killings should be considered murder, because people acted with reckless disregard for the law and for human life on both sides. Both the military and the protesters could have done things differently in order to avoid the violence. The military could have used rubber bullets or tear gas, and the protesters could have used peaceful protests.
