It would only take less than 6% of our U.S. Land to produce enough hemp for hemp fuel, to make us energy independent from the rest of the world. It can be used for PAPER, CLOTHING, FOOD, FUEL, and grow 10X faster than trees. Hemp can even be used to make hemp milk. (hmmm, I'd like to try some hemp ice cream too)
Hemp can be used in many different industries for many different reasons. Hemp can be used to make clothes, paper, and certain food products. One acre of hemp provides as much oxygen as 4.1 acres of trees. It only has about 5% THC levels compared to marijuana's 15% THC levels. Hemp will never get you high so there is no problems in using it for industrial purposes.
