Should the dead be accorded the right to dignity?

Asked by: mtinda
  • Yes They Should.

Because we don't have the right to tell them to live for us if they are suffering a great amount of pain and because of how long they have suffered while bearing the pain that they have the have the right to die with dignity, and honor.
Thank you for reading my opinion.

  • Yes they should.

Looking at the nature of human rights,it is understood that human rights inure in the people. They are not granted by the state. The right to dignity therefore does not require life for it to be enjoyed. It is the self worth which cannot be negated by death altogether. Death does not therefore limit the enjoyment of the right to dignity of a person.
