Should the government censor the arts? It is right for them to do so?

Any government which supports the natural rights of all human beings would see censorship as the most avoidable tactic. If a government censors the arts, they are denying the expression of individuals and are often seeking for a method of developing a monopoly of voice. It's analogous to what the mainstream media is like today.
