But if the government provides a system wherein the better off citizens, the ones that actually have jobs and work, are forced to pay for the poor to be comfortable, the. What incentive is there to find work? The reason that there is income inequality in America isn't that we treat our poor badly, it's that we reward hard work . Living in this country gives you the opportunity to make a better life, but a better life is. It guaranteed and you have to work hard for it.

    I believe people who are having financial problems should receive limited amounts of assistance from the Government. I believe strict regulations and rules need to be established to make sure this money is actually going to those who are legitimately in need of it but I have no problem with people receiving money who are truly in need of it.

    The government shoul not provide for people, people should go out and do something beneficial for society and not live of of the government, because all that does is create laziness. The job of the government should be to create more opportunity for jobs not hinder the growth of other people by providing for them.
