Should the president of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte be investigated for murder after boasting he "personally" killed three suspected criminals?
  • Yes he should

Although as stated the war on drugs is a generally good thing, extrajudicial killings are not. They're an abuse of power and the tools of a dictator, not to mention something that instills fear in the population. Murder is murder and no one should be above the law, not even Duterte.

  • Yes, the Philippines president should be investigated for murder.

The president of the Philippines should be investigated for murder. Recently, the president joked about personally killing three other people. The Philippines should investigate its president and prove that he is not above the law--that he cannot get away with murder. If sufficient evidence is found, the president should be arrested and put on trial for the crimes.

  • Mr. Duterte should be investigated by the Hague

Mr. Dutrete's Administration by nearly all accounts is partaking in summary executions in the streets of the Philippines. Due Process is something that all people should benefit from. These actions are surely actions that should be investigated by the Hague or some other International Organization. If his actions cannot be justified than he should be brought up on International Criminal charges.

  • Yes, but it would be very hard.

Seriously. "He should be arrested." Okay. By whom? Team America, world police? Even if he is guilty who could arrest him? The people love/fear him so who on the international stage has the authority to usurp a government? If a drug lord has not "removed" him by now he must have pretty good security.
