40% Say Yes
60% Say No
  • No, sale of human organs should not be legalized.

Legalizing human organs would only lead to violence. Kidnapping and illegal activities will become on the rise. Some people will used this kind of behavior as a way of supporting their lives. There is too much violets in the world today. Human organs should only be donated upon approval by law and what about people who don't have money to pay for organs? That's the question.

  • Yes, the sale of human organs should be legalized.

Yes, I believe that the sale of human organs should be legalized. While this isn't a popular stance on the matter, many people do not realize or comprehend how organ donor lists and transplant lists work. There are hundreds, sometimes thousands of people in dire need of a certain organ that may never receive it, because they are either too old to be placed highly on the list or there just isn't any donors available. If organ sales were legalized, there would be plenty of people whose lives would be saved from donors who are looking to either earn money or help a loved one out. Keeping sales of organs illegal creates a black market for organ sales, which often is run by unscrupulous surgeons or sometimes people who don't even have surgical training. It is completely hypocritical of a government to allow plastic surgery for purposes other than medical and yet ban organ sales.

  • Creates a Black Market

Selling human organs should never be legalized. Black market organs will be sold for more money by people desperate for necessary transplants. People will attempt to sell organs to try to make a quick buck when they may not have to. Organs should be donated, never sold. There are plenty of donors out there, the trick is to get them to sign a donor form before they die.

  • No!

That will cause thoese who have no money, to die. It will also promote thieving of organs. Yes, people would steal organs for to sell for money. It is possible.

  • I oppose the sale of human organs, as it will make organs unavailable to those who are not wealthy.

If the sale of human organs is legalized, the cost would only add to the exorbitant cost of medical care. Those with wealth would be able to afford them, and those without wealth would suffer.
