Should the Supreme Court have voided a key part of the voting law?

  • No responses have been submitted.
  • The Supreme Court should not have voided a key part of the voting law Court.

Because of the role the Supreme Court is normally to correct racial problems they should not have voided part of the voting rights act. There will always be racial injustice and it is the job of the Supreme Court to try to correct it.Otherwise people will not get their deserved voting rights.

  • The supreme court should only stand to constitutional issues

Voting is pretty simple. Citizens of the US, aged 18 and over can vote. There should not be anything else to it. Any attempt to disallow this from happening should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. There is no reason for the Supreme Court to void any part of voting law.
