  • Yes of course

In dominican republic barrick gold owed 415 billion dollars to my family they paid it to the dominican state and now the president is saying he will only give 5% of the money to my family and they will take the rest as a donation, i dont know what to do or who to talk to hut my country is corrupted and we have been fighting for that money for over 30 years and now the dominican government doesnt want to give us our money bor does this information gets published and the government has already sent cops to kill one of my family members. We need the united states help because nobody else will help

  • Yes, IT is human nature to help out people in need.

The US has its own problems but it still needs to be a role model for the rest of the country. We may be encouraging other countries to help while we are helping. We are setting a role model and doing a good deed. It may cost a lot, but it will help in the long run

  • They should indeed

It's like when you see a bully bullying a kid what do you intend to do....Yea go and help the victim, that just in our human nature to do this, so if there's a country that's being targeted and their defenseless then i think that they should pitch in and try and resolve this incident, not only the U.S but other countries such as Canada..... Etc

  • If we don't who will?

The middle east is falling apart and no other country is stepping in to do anything. If things continue the way they are then we could be looking at a third world war, we are allies with Israel and Israel is very hostile with other middle east. If not for our stepping in then the entire middle east could fall apart bringing the rest of the world with it. The US acts like a valve releasing the pressure on the dam that is the middle east

  • We have the strongest military in the world

Right now in Syria all those poor innocent people being killed by their government. Its inhumane! Those people have been getting slaughtered by the masses. We need to help those people who have done nothing wrong but be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Our troops need to get out of Iraq and help the Syrians from chemical warfare

  • Yes the USA should get involved in conflicts

Yes, I think that the USA should get involved in conflicts and that the United States needs to in order to keep us safe domestically. Everywhere it seems as though there is a civil war or even worse a genocide and I think that the United States should step in and stop them.

  • The US should not give help to other countries

If the US helps other countries, it costs the citizens more money. So while we pay for all the army and the equipment, the government gets all the credit. Secondly, we should not be helping other countries when our country isn't so hot. Populated countries are filled with homeless people, and we should fix ourselves before helping others.

  • Every man for themselves

Sure America is known as the "freedom fighters" it may not always be a good idea for us to get involved in international conflicts that does not concern America. Why is it that more than half of the American population think that it is America's job to keep order through the world. If an American goes out of the country they need to understand that they are tak9ing a risk of being a target for whatever the cause may be and it is not our job as a country to stop what we are doing and help one Pearson that new he was taking a risk going to Iraq or wherever the place may be.

  • No they should not help other countries

I think that until we are involved in the conflict we should not get involved. If it's their fight let them solve it themselves. We don't need to start another war . We have enough to worry about ourselves. It's just to dangerous. Until it necessary I say no .

  • No, most of the time no.

The USA needs to build its infrastructure before it should consider getting involved in conflicts that involve other countries. The US should serve as a model, and in violation of human rights cases, we should do what we can, from here, to have a positive impact and help people, but we should not enter into conflicts cavalierly as we did during the Bush administration. The cost is too high, in every regard.
