Should the widow of the Orlando Nightclub Shooting be extradited to Florida?

  • She knew about it.

No woman sends her husband in to be a murder without knowing about it. In the vast majority of these cases, the widow receives money from some kind of totalitarian government, and they have talked about providing for the family before the man goes out to commit the murder. She should stand trial.

  • Yes, she should face extradition.

The widow of the Orlando nightclub shooter should be extradited to Florida. She should be prosecuted for any crimes committed--standing trial for any wrongdoing. If this woman was partially responsible for the crimes, she should face terrorism charges. There is no reason not to extradite her to Florida to face charges.

  • The widow of the Orlando nightclub shooting should be extradited to Florida

The widow of the Orlando nightclub shooting should be extradited to Florida to face the music in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida relative to the nightclub shooting, and her involvement in it. It seems fairly clear that she knew about what was going to happen and the events leading up to it. She is no less guilty than her scumbag husband. She deserves the same fate.

  • If there is enough evidence to extradite, then yes, the widow of the Orlando shooter should be extradited.

If there is enough evidence to prove that the widow of the Orlando nightclub shooting suspect was involved, then she should be extradited to Florida to face charges. A thorough investigation should be completed first, however. Apparently there is still some question as to her involvement in the crime. Hopefully when the investigation is complete, she will be extradited if necessary.
