It probably will help to raise awareness of war crimes that will not be forgotten, but even if it does not, these people still deserve to face their punishment and know in this lifetime that they have not been pardoned.

    Yes, absolutely Nazi war criminals should continue to be prosecuted. Public behavior aside, it'sthe just and right thing to do. Nazi Germany was responsible for the deaths of tens of millions of people from the Soviet Union to the United States during World War II. If they aren't prosecuted and made an example of, we are doing a disservice to those who suffered and died.
