Should there be more freedom of speech in the workplace?

  • Workers should be treated more fairly.

    People in this country value free speech; it's enshrined in our most precious documents. You should be able to speak your mind freely without fear of repercussions, even while at work. Employers also shouldn't monitor that people do outside work either. Our "at-will" employment system is outdated and unfair--the workplace shouldn't be seen as a dictatorship.

    Do you mean they can cuss their heads off to their bosses or actually have a decent discussion on their views on problems in the workforce?
