  • Water Better Than Soda

Drinking water is better than drinking soda in terms of overall health. Water bottles should be allowed in classrooms so long as they are actual water bottles purchased and opened with their original product. It's far too easy to smuggle alcohol in water bottles, so guidelines must be established for water bottles. Perhaps some schools could be progressive enough to hand out bottles at the beginning of the school day for students to ensure they really are drinking water and not smuggling vodka into classrooms.

  • Water bottles should be allowed in classrooms

Water bottles should be allowed in classrooms because there is much less of an interruption when a student opens a bottle and takes a drink to quench their thirst than if they were to ask permission to leave the classroom and get a drink from a drinking fountain down the hall.
