We should allow Chinese made cars in the United States. the United States economy is built on the premise that if you make good products, people will buy them and love them. America wants the best. It's doubtful that Chinese made cars will outperform American are other manufacturers. Let the competition ensue. That's what free enterprise is all about.
I believe that Chinese-made cars should be allowed in the United States as long as they meet the same safety and emissions standards as other car manufacturers. Japanese-made cars have been allowed in the United States for a long time and have become some of the most reliable vehicles available.
America will have a difficult time of digging out of debt if it continues to depend on exports to other nations. It is a good time for America to start to see the benefit of its efforts to create a consumer based economy on a global scale. By allowing Chinese made cars into the US, China will begin to depend on the purchasing power of Americans. This could tip the balance of the scales.
Chinese cars do not belong in the USA. This is because the USA needs to up its domestic manufacturing, especially in the case of autos. Because autos are big-ticket items, they will help out the economy immensely when a lot of people buy them. If we import big-ticket items, we are hurting our fellow Americans.
