Should we be concerned about rising wealth inequality?

  • Yes, we should be very concerned.

I believe we need to be extremely concerned about the rising wealth inequality. Politicians, being part of the wealthy classes, do not realize the true depth and consequences of the wealth inequality right now. They are blind to the erosion of the middle class and the fact that our country is sliding into a two class status - the wealthy and the poor. Our economy will not thrive for long under these circumstances and the results will be disastrous.

  • Of Course We Should

I believe we should be concerned about rising wealth inequality. The majority of the American middle class is gone and many people are experiencing poverty that grew up in middle class families. The stagnation of wages is troubling and it is making it difficult for the economy to rebound. Companies need to focus on their employees and treating them in a socially responsible manner.

  • We should be very worried about wealth inequality

It is a threat to our nation security. It makes the general population unstable. About every smart historic leader has given warnings about income inequality. There can be no sustainable jobs if people are never certain if they are going to be able to pay their rent from one month to the next.

  • Yes, we should.

The most successful period in American history was when the middle class could afford to live comfortably and did not have to be worried about the next pay check. That is no longer the case. The middle class is becoming poorer and poorer. It is an epidemic and it needs to be addressed.
