Should we criminalize people that used sexual offensive as a matter of joke?

  • 1st Amendment protects even offensive speech

    No one has a right to NOT be offended. The 1st Amendment guarantees everyone's right to speak freely, even if such speech is offensive. No one has a right to lie thus if someone libels or slanders you they can be charged with a crime and sued in court to remedy any defamation.
