  • The Internet is a necessity

With modern times, one's access to Internet is vital to keeping up with current events when TV is not available, working from outside the workplace, and communicating with others at each other's convenience. Many ISPs are multi-billionaire companies, and instead of focusing on making a profit, they should help establish Wi-Fi hotspots in many convenient locations, such as cafes, subways, or tourist attractions.

  • WiFi should be free.

The new Health care Act that citizens are required to sign up for requires internet access, so yes, WiFi should be free. If things are going to be required that need internet access then access should be provided. It is also used for so many things today it is almost a necessity.

  • Wi-Fi Should be Free

Wi-Fi is so common nowadays that it should be free in the United States. Almost every inch of the country has Wi-fi capabilities and is in range for Internet service. Many companies such as ATT, Optimum, and Road-Runner offer Wi-fi services for large payments. Because the internet is so vast, everyone should have access to it anywhere in the country.

  • Someone has to pay.

No, wi-fi in the United States should not be free, because there is always someone who has to pay for it. The network costs money to put up and to maintain. Even if the taxpayers pay for it, we are still having to pay for it in a way. There is no such thing as a free lunch.

  • No, wi-fi shouldn't be free.

I do not think that wi-fi in the United States should be free. I think that the Internet should be available for people in such places like the library though. But i do not think that it should be necessarily free in other places. I do not think that the Internet is something that everybody should have access to.
