I think that you should be able to pass customs with medical
marijuana. People who use medical
marijuana have been prescribed the use of marijuana by a doctor. Marijuana is their medicine. Depriving these people of their medicine
should be against the law. America needs
to stop its war against marijuana.
You should be able to pass customs with medical marijuana. With states legalizing this drug for other uses there is still many people out there that depend on the drug for their health conditions. I believe that people should be allowed to pass customs with it just like with any other prescription.
You should be able to pass customs with medical marijuana with the proof that the marijuana belongs to you. This should not be taken lightly though. Medical marijuana exceeding large amounts should not be allowed. There is a limit to how much you are allowed when passing through customs or other important places.
I don't see why this would be a probably. You are able to pass customs with prescription medications, so why not medical marijuana? It is only used for medical purposes, or at least that is what the prescription says, so it should be allowed. Let them go through customers always.
If you are traveling to a country where medicinal marijuana is also legal, you should be able to take it past customs. If marijuana is not legal in the country of your destination, you obviously should not be able to take it with you. This is true of all prescription drugs, not just marijuana.
If a person has medical marijuana with a legal prescription, the or she should have the right to have that prescription recognized wherever that prescription is legal. Therefore, if a person passes customs in a state that allows the use of medical marijuana, that marijuana should be permitted to pass customs.
Bringing cannabis into the US from others countries should absolutely not be allowed. For one thing it's illegal in most other countries and so by bringing it in shows that the person has no regard for laws. Not the kind of person we want coming to the US. Also if the cannabis is grown in another country then we are not supporting US businesses weather it's big companies or a small mom pop operation.
There's no reason that a person should be allowed to pass through customs with medical marijuana. The United States federal government has made marijuana illegal, so it can't pass through customs without being seized. We shouldn't change these rules for medical marijuana because doing so will lead to abuse of the system.
