  • Of course they are wrong

All though sometimes they are trying to change something for the better they are killing innocent people to do so. Anyone who kills just to prove a point is evil. Their are better ways to change things than killing. Although we could have the wrong idea we express it the right way.

  • Not when viewed from the perspective of the person committing the terror attacks.

Blowback is unintended consequences of a covert operation that are suffered by the aggressor. To the civilians suffering the blowback of covert operations, the effect typically manifests itself as "random" acts of political violence without a discernible, direct cause; because the public—in whose name the intelligence agency acted—are unaware of the effected secret attacks that provoked revenge (counter-attack) against them

  • Depends on the cause.

Many people are quick to jump the gun and say oh but you don't need to be violent to get your views across and while I do agree with that to some extent sadly it is not always the case. Terror attacks can mean many different things from Terrorism like 9/11 or simple Revolutionary activity. While things like 9/11 had no absolute reason to happen and was easily preventable things like Revolutions and such can justify terror attacks and killings because at the end of the day actions speak much louder than words.
