    The president lays out his plans of action for the public to hear during an inauguration speech. Trump is attempting to do what he said he would do during his speech, as Obama and Bush did. History had shown that presidents often lie about their goals, and are only somewhat true to their promises. But at least one gets a general idea of their goals from their inauguration speech.
