Hillary Clinton will never have to face a single consequence for her improper use of e-mail, other than the media attention the scandal will receive. No matter what evidence is found or what is proven about her non-secure e-mail server getting hacked and leaking confidential information, she will probably never be charged, and if she is she will be pardoned.
Hillary has too many friends in all the right places to serve any prison time. She will get off with a slap on the wrist,at best. People as powerful as her do not go to jail, they get rich. She will write a book about it and profit off of her indiscretions.
Hillary Clinton will not face any penalties for the use of her private e-mail account. She believed it was secure, and allegations are being made by her political enemies. Her predecessors also used private e-mail accounts and servers, making it difficult to punish Hillary Clinton. None of the investigations have showed she committed a crime.
The investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of her private email has uncovered some important security issues for government workers and political figures that need to be reviewed. This will not lead to her facing charges or penalties for the email scandal since other government officials would also be impacted by this same situation.
