    For some crimes and actions, the fear of torture will be the only things that might deter some from terror attacks.
    In terms of interrogation, if the scumbag subject has information that could save innocent lives or allow for the capture of terrorists, is it only right that any method be used to extract such information?
    For an individual to be tortured, he must be a truly vile person or an act of evil will be prevented, otherwise it is itself an act of evil.
