Transgender/sexuals should be cracked down and be labelled "Trans" as their sex not as the one they are disguised as

  • Just like foreign spies

Deception and conning is frowned upon any nation. Fraudulent businesses are cracked down, exposed and fined or sued. Traitors are found and imprisoned. Foreign spies are found disguised as citizens. Deception in one's true sex is a terror to all those that want nothing to do with transexual/gender variant but none can see it coming. That's why they should be registered and cracked down, labelled "Trans" as their sex identity and be found in a Transexual database that all have access to.

  • If your a man, then your a man.

Just because you feel like the opposite sex doesn't mean you have the right to trick everyone else. You cant change your sex. You are born that way. You can dress like a woman, but you are still a man. You can feel deep down like a man, but you are still a woman. I guess if you really don't want to classify as your real sex then you can choose "Trans", but you should never be allowed to officially switch to the opposite sex. Its like if John never went to college, but wants to be called and officially recognized as Dr. John Smith because he felt that he was a doctor deep down. They call it hate, but its logic.

  • Depends on what they look like

A lot of trans people you would have difficulty telling weather they were a man or woman before their transition. I don't have a problem with them. It's these truly mentally ill people creating new genders and getting their knickers in a twist if you use the wrong pronouns. E.G fat hairy man in a dress claiming he's a genderfluid demi woman.

  • It is dishonest

Firstly, hiding ones true gender from others is both deceptive and wrong. The best way to get a job is to be honest, the best way to make friends is honesty, the best way get people to trust you is to be honest. Labeling yourself as a female when you are a male is dishonest, labeling yourself as male when your are female as well. If you have made the decision to change your gender, then DEAL WITH IT. People have a right to know whether or not you born male, sure you may get surgery to change your body to appear like the other sex, but that surgery doesn't change your mind. In your mind you will always be a male/female. Basically, just be honest, tell people! It's something they'd like to account for in their decisions, that secret doesn't only effect you, it effects the people around you.

  • Offensive and Ignorant

Reading all these ignorant comments i realize just how stupid some Americans are. We are people that have feelings, hopes, dreams, and needs too and just because i feel i was born the wrong sex doesnt mean im any less of a person. And we're not deceiving anyone we just want to be ourselves and nothing more. In conclusion people like you should be put on a list and/or database for ignorant people or something of that sort.

  • Yellow stars too?

A cruel notion. Firstly, how does it affect anyone else? Should gay people be labelled? Should mixed race people be labelled - after all, they might not actually be the race they appear to be. No-one has the absolute right to force another to proclaim something private about themselves. How this idea possibly improve the life of anyone? Finally, a person, a human being, is more than their gender, their sexuality, their race, their political affiliation. They are a whole person and deserve to be treated as such. Such an idea is dehumanisng and downright cruel.

  • It's not a trap!

Wh...What? Can we just take a step back and look at this seriously? You are talking about forcing perhaps one of the most discriminated against minorities of this point in time to identify themselves like sex offenders! What the hell? Believe it or not, the media isn't really that accurate. I don't know a single transgender/transsexual who goes out with the goal of tricking other people. That's like saying that we should make all the gay people register themselves so that straight people won't get 'tricked' into hitting on them!

  • Short answer: No

Long answer: No you ignorant lunatics, tracking down and tagging anyone by force is bad enough on itself, but the accusation that transgender individuals are "disguised" is a absurdly backwards and ignorant position to take. Not only does this idea aid in the perpetuation of violence against trans people but Also defies the science behind gender as it is currently understood by Organizations like the APA (American psychological association, aka the people who have actually studied this sort of thing). And As a Transperson myself, the idea that this is even entertained by (Presumeably) sane human beings is terrifying.

  • Ignorant argument, idea.

The supporters of this argument seemed to be steeped in ignorance, please understand what is transgender and then make informed comments. A Transgender person is born that way, and there can be one of many reasons a person is transgender. The reasons could be genetic, chromosomnal, behavioral or just evolution.

  • Everyone has the right to be themself.

Stopping people who are transgender from "lying" about their sex, is not going to benefit anybody. All your doing is trying to shame people for something that they can't change and shouldn't be ashamed about. What would be next, labelling everyone who is gay? People should be able to tell people when they want to and when they feel comfortable telling people, which may be never, but it should be their decision.

  • Freedom, Not Fascism

What part of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness do you not understand? What threat to national security or international peace do trans-people actually pose? It's no one else's business what ones sexual orientation is, or in the case of trans-people, mis-orientation. Conservatives rail against NSA spying and the erosion of personal liberties, but apparently treating certain non-harmful members of our society as criminals and tracking their personal sexual lives is ok? I prefer to live in a society where we are all free to live our lives in the ways we see fit, and find our own happiness. I think that as long as that freedom doesn't impede or threaten the freedom of someone else, it's fine. You don't have to like or understand something to support the rights of those who are different.

Probably one of the most hateful questions I've seen.
