Vemma operates within the law but is immoral because it adapts characterisitcs of a pyramid scheme.

  • Pyramid schemes are illegal and Vemma adopt one.

Vemma adopt a policy of network marketing and make sales to employees and those employees try to recruit other employees. When you are recruited you are required buy every month an unreasonable amount of products from Vemma and the more people you, yourself, recruit the higher pay you get from the Vemma (that money comes from the people being recruited below your level, in the pryamid, therefore it is a pyramid scheme.) Hence, this is immoral.
