    The child has a right to life, however, the supreme court does not have the power to pass any legislation, it is congresses power to legislate whether abortion should be legalized. The supreme court can only deem a law unconstitutional. Therefore they can only say it is unconstitutional to make laws illegalizing abortion, not pass a law legalizing abortion. Essentially the supreme court has not jurisdiction over this.

    That was what made America. You were created. You must admit it. Whether you believe by a divine power or just by your parents. You were created. And therefore you have the right to life. Period. Life is a new human. We humans are created inside other humans(women). From the moment the two pieces of DNA come together to make a new one, this is a human. To kill any human is wrong. To be endowed by your creator certain inalienable rights... As a human the declaration of independence says it all. The declaration came first. No amendments needed. That line alone is all you. Why mess with the truth.

    Why? I think what constitutes the beginning of a human life must be answered to really be able to determine the answer.
    I believe that the same criteria applied to death must be applied to life.
    When brain activity begins should determine when the fetus ends and the baby begins, in my opinion.
    Right now the legal interpretation is far from the actual truth. While I don't believe all abortion is or should be illegal, I do believe it should be severely restricted to ensure that the rights of the "baby" are not infringed upon because the "host" chooses so.

    Roe Visa. Wade was created without any regards for the constitution. The amount of federal power regarding this subject is too much. This is a subject that should be controlled by state governments, following the 14th amendment, instead of attempting to make a blanket decision for a country with widely diverse demographics.

    Liberty: "The state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's way of life." (Webster)

    So here are my problems with abortion;

    1. The government is allowing the killing of a child. That violates both the right to life and liberty because the government is coming in and helping to kill the babies.

    2. In a recent article, 56% of Pro-choicers believed that there truly was a child in a mother's womb, but they didn't care. "The right of a mother to choose is above the right of a baby to live." was one response from a Choicer. We are justifying murder.
