Were British civil liberties compromised due to World War One?

Asked by: remibrookes97
  • They took away gun rights after the war.

A law regarding firearms was made in 1919 restricting british citizens' firearm rights. I am sure there were many more liberties taken away from the British people. The Britsh crown is very keen on taking liberties away from the people of their totalitarian country. War is ann excuse for governments to take rights away from people.
