18 year olds are adults, and should be treated with respect as well, rather than undermining them and making them feel stupid for getting involved in something they should be! Elders should be teaching our youth to be able to run a country for the future, not treating them like they aren't important. They are the future leaders.

Like she said, it's hypocritical that Kasich was getting involved in the political process when he was 18, but he dismissed her when she raised her hand to ask a question.
As a politician visiting a school, you're supposed to inspire young people and engage with them. Not be arrogant, assuming and condescending.
