However a full version that you can actually own kicks some serious butt. Usually radio stations will always play the radio edit for time. It's what they have to do. A full version will be one that one owns usually. That's why I love edited versions of songs the most. The most petty detail is still awesome.
There are songs that have huge amounts of repetitive, progressive filler. Believe me, I've heard a song where half the melody took over 1:30 to come in, and the other half twice as long. So a full version isn't always the best version. Besides, what do you do once your favorite song goes off the radio?
