Will dropping Muslim as the state's religion be a benefit to Bangladesh?

  • Dropping Islam would help

I am of the opinion that dropping Islam as the state religion of the country would be a great benefit to Bangladesh. This would make them seem a lot more friendly and approachable as a destination for tourism and cultural exchange, furthermore the relaxed attitudes of behaviour would benefit the population.

  • Yes, It Will Benefit Bangladesh.

Dropping any national religion will benefit the citizens of any country or nation as it does not tie the inhabitants to one particular denomination nationally. Bangladesh specifically would benefit by the absence of the national Muslim religion because of its religious restrictions on humans based on their sex, sect, class, etc..

  • Yes it will.

I believe that dropping Muslim as the state's religion will be a benefit to Bangladesh. This is actually true since Muslim rules are actually tough and making it a state's religion was a tough thing before. This is because not everyone in Bangladesh is a Muslim. They are not supposed to suffer in their religion.

  • No, dropping Muslim as the state's religion will not be a benefit to Bangladesh.

No, dropping Muslim as the state's religion will not be a benefit to Bangladesh because what will it change? People should be allowed to practice any religion, so just because it is not recognized as the state's religion will not change anyone's mind. We should embrace all religions and viewpoints.
