  • He is catching and i believe will overtake trumps primary vote

He has an amazing chance this year. No one likes Clinton and Trump yet almost no one knows who Gary is yet. When people see what Gary stands for he will gain massive support i do believe he can actually win the entire election outright with out even needing to take it to the EC

  • Yes, Gary Johnson will carry some states

Gary Johnson is the third party candidate from New Mexico and he may carry that state as well as others. He is the Libertarian Party candidate and has been getting more attention recently as the frustration with the two party system is growing. His campaign may expand further if he is allowed to join in the Presidential debates this fall.

  • Yes, Gary Johnson could cary a few.

Gary Johnson might not have much media attention as the showboats Clinton and Trump, but he still has a foothold because of the turmoil and drama surrounding these hard hitters. Gary Johnson is making appearances in the weak states which could add up to be a strong campaign. The more Gary Johnson makes a face for himself the more likely he will have a few good strong states to his campaign.

  • Don't be ridiculous

There are precisely zero states in which the Libertarians have a credible chance of being elected in during the 2016 election. I suspect Johnson will carry a rather disappointing 6-7.8% of the electorate this year, and only in the popular vote. They won't get any electors at all, that I'm sure of.

  • No, Gary Johnson will not carry any states in November.

I do not think Gary Johnson will carry any states in November. Historically third party candidates do not carry states in the national election, because people primarily vote for the candidates of either the Republican or Democratic party . There is nothing remarkable about Gary Johnson or this election year that would make this year different than the past.

  • No, it is unlikely.

Gary Johnson and Jill Stien both have more support than any other 3rd party canidate in history. But this support is spread accross the United States making it unlikely that either of these canidates will carry any one state. There is still time for this to change if they concentrate on a specific state.
