  • Actually india is not a country, It is a subcontinent.

It consists of a billion people with 600 languages and hundreds of religions. In its whole history, Except british rule it was never a one country. The most important is that the basis of hinduism is established on cruelity and human blood. The social discrimination in india is soon going to break it in pieces. It is a country where cow has more importance than human life. Over population and pollution will also important factors of breaking of india.

  • India will surely collapse, the way it is dealing with her own people

Extremist Hindu mindset which is averse to seeing any other religion surviving (let alone flourishing) will become the main cause of collapse. Second, or perhaps equally important cause would be an exaggerated sense of being 'big' and claiming for a role commensurate to this perception. Its not only the geographic size that matters, its the economic stability and social justice that matters the most in deciding whether or how long a state will survive

  • India refuses to deal with its demographic problem

2 billion people will live in the subcontinent very soon, India refuses to deal with comming enviromental probelms, india wants to play the geopolitical game spending in military and shit while its population its increasingly impoverished, indians are incapable of inovating like the chinese europeans or americans can; add to all that a little uncertainty because of the climate change or the comming solar minimum and you have the collapse of their country

  • It's a hellish existence for the poor there.

India has a bottom 58% percent that lives on less than $3.10 a day; and more child malnutrition than Africa. Recent economic growth was all jobless growth, which profited the rich 1%, but the poorest majority saw nothing of that wealth, which causes high levels of unemployment. Corruption is rife in every layer of society.

Then there is the terrible fate that women suffer there. Child marriages, dowry-related extortion, wife beating, wife burning, acid throwing, and rape are a daily occurrence. Almost half the female population can't read either. And female infanticide has caused a high imbalance the Indian demographics.

India also has an overpopulation problem. India's population is in the billions like China, but Indians are forced to share space on a landmass that's only 1/3 of China's size. The pollution this causes is so terrible; it's even worse than the Chinese pollution 20+ years ago; yet, unlike the Chinese, the Indian government does not have the financial wealth, technical competency and/or the efficiency to tackle these long-term problems.

India is a socio-ecological disaster waiting to happen. But Indians have no government that's up to the task to deal with this disaster.

  • They hate Muslim and they cooperate with the filthy Western powers...

Enough reason for me to wish they collapse soon.
Also only %1 of the population enjoys high living standards while the rest suffers which is not normal by any standards.
What I suspect furthermore is, that this 1% is being bribed, privileged and exploited by the Western powers for their own interests.

  • It will eventually, if people don't make some drastic changes

I live in Northern Province(UP, one of the most poorest state) and I belong to a middle class family, so I can say that I have seen the situation closely. Whatever our leaders say about India is a complete lie, I've seen the situation getting worse since the last decade, and it will further deteriorate because we are not headed in the right direction. Except for the top 1% who have government jobs or the ultra rich people who control everything(through politics and media), everyone has miserable life. This government has made it extremely hard for the people in the middle income bracket, to earn a living, taxes are even higher than some developed countries, and welfare system is equivalent to the poorest nations of sub-Saharan Africa, with extremely poor infrastructure, an abysmal bureaucratic system, lack of electricity and a justice system that tries to mimic the western approach but always ends up helping the rich and prosperous.
And it is not just the leadership that can be blamed, I feel that people lack common sense, I have seen highly educated ones saying the absolutely idiotic things, like building temples or memorials instead of getting rid of stray dogs and monkeys that cause millions of injuries annually(even deaths) and waste for billions of rupees, the money that can be spent elsewhere.
It is funny to see how offensive people get on social media when someone calls India poor on the international platform(It can happen if you give internet access to the goons who lack basic intelligence and common sense).
I also see why International leaders don't want to openly criticize India's government because if things go sideways, world will witness the humanitarian crisis of epic proportions. But sadly it is the external pressure that can make Indians to act and reform. History suggests that we work well under foreign authority.

  • It will never collapse,

    1) We are largest democracy in world.
    2) we have survived all invaders in past and yet bettered always.
    3) sure we have challenges, but that's where our honourable pm modi comes in to solve it.
    4) people who undergo major transformation for good, don't collapse, demonstration gst and many others. Tell me which other country has such guts.
    5) we are now respecting and building on our ancestors foot steps, yoga day, clean india and many more.
    6) we are strong but never dominating on other countries.

  • Yes in fantasy.

    No statement. Only reason(10 points)
    1. Implementation of GST
    2. Improved ratings in ease of doing business
    3. Stock market at record hight (35k)
    4. Increaseing FDI
    5. New start-up schemes
    6. Easy loans
    7. Move towards digital revolution
    8. Clean India campaign(for sanitation)
    9. Upcoming mega projects (GIFT city)
    10. P.M vision of doubling the current economy 2.5 trillion (2017) to 5 trillion (2022).

  • Will never EVER collapse !!!

Indians are resilient peoples. The Muslim invaders, too numerous to mention, could not convert all Hindus to Islam over their absolute and cruel rule of almost nine centuries The Brits ruled for the next 200 years, crushed rebellion by brute force but could not extinguish the SPIRIT of India that followed a hitherto unknown political ploy called 'Ahimsa'. They looted India on a grand scale, used 2.5 millions of them to win WW II but eventually were driven out of the country-quite honourably. Indians of today still do not hold a grudge and have excellent relationship with the erstwhile rulers- a mark of magnanimity on the part of this nation. We shall be super power soon but will not like to dominate others, like China or Russia seem to do.
    Collapse ? ---NO.
Rise ?-- You bet your life, we will !!

    CHUCKDE INDIA!!!!!!!!!!!

  • No it wont when PM is there

No the indian economy will not collapse as the PM is strong enough to hold all the pressure,he will bring the cattle industry to main stream, premature cow death will be zero in 2020, that's our plan. Every nation will envy on the size of our cows..Subham..Tadahhh a a a

  • "Whole world is one family".

As long as there is love and brotherhood between Indians, patriotism in their blood, honesty and integrity in their hearts, India will not collapse, it will continue to achieve greater heights. The critical part is honesty. Corruption has been the single biggest threat to India. Our greatest enemy is not Pakistan, not China, but ourselves. We have to overcome our own self. We can then create a new India. An India that matches the dream of Bapu. An India which is "Ram Rajya" or "Kingdom of God". An India where every politician is like Khalifa Umar. That hope, is what propels India. That dream holds 1.25 billion people together. It motivates us to fight for a better future for all of mankind.

  • Never ever !

India's situation is improving, religious beliefs are posing the threat.
But since someone's there guarding the light of unity , waiting to enlighten the people . India will be inspired by an example that'll be held high. The drops of modesty shall then be our guardians in this struggle for a beautiful life.

  • Its simply wont happen

It will not happen since we have more knowledgeable hr who can provide the much needed money.Middle class is a boon in a way.The more they go up the ladder it will be beneficial for the country.Indians may not be united as such but they identify themselves as Indians nevertheless

  • It won't collapse.

Cause there is huge development which we can feel here. If you compare India at present with ten or fifteen years before, you will know that. India has huge population and lot of negatives like corruption, democracy, etc. So with these negatives one cannot expect a sudden change to happen. It will take time. It will change slowly.

  • Will not collapse

Here are the following ways it could collapse, but will never:
Economy: Very bad Itallian politicans have slowed the growth, never the less, India will still grow due to high population = lot of tax. Less corrupt people as they get Aadhar card, which allows NO duplicates at all ever. It is NOT possible due to their fingerprint, retina, etc. Over the population of USA, have aadhar cards. It will be linked to PAN card, and so all people will have to give tax
War: Nucleur weapons, and strong allies such as Japan, USA
