Yes, telecommunications will help classroom learning, and indeed, already do in many instances. Being able to call in an expert from far away whom need not fly to the physical location of the classroom is an amazing leap in technology. Thus, the world becomes a bit smaller, and so does learning.
Yes- improvements and innovations in technology will improve classroom learning by providing more tools to educators. Although the tools as they exist may not have that large of an effect on educational strategies, as institutions and culture adapt and learn the most effective ways to use them, technological improvements will prove to pay off.
