Would a nation benefit if corporations, businesses, special interests, and lobbyists were removed from the political spectrum, replaced instead by synarchism and clandestine operations?
  • Yes, it would benefit.

The control these groups have on the government is just to much. A group the could do this would be better, but what would be better overall is our politicians having no influence from such a type of individuals. There is no need for people going around and convincing out politicians to do one thing or another.

  • We need to shake things up

Corporations, special interests and lobbyists do need to get out of politics. They do not do anything but corrupt the system into doing everything they want in order to pad their wallet. We do need a more pure system where everyone vote matters and politicians can't be bought. I do not think that our military should be the ones who have to make this happen though.

  • No, a nation would not be better off if synarchism and clandestine operations influenced the political system.

I think that it would be more dangerous for the nation if the political spectrum was heavily influenced by synarchism and clandestine operations. As upsetting as it is that big corporations, special interests, and lobbyists can influence politicians and laws, I think that the political system would be even more dangerous should it be dictated by synarchism and clandestine operations.

  • Synarchism and Clandestine operations look great on paper.

Idealists cite synarchism as a more balanced method of government. This would be true if it were done by humans without greed. That is the painful truth that the world does not want to admit to itself. Greed must be accounted for. This is why socialism and communism do not work. Capitalism that allows the presence of for-profit organizations in government accepts that humans have greed, and that running a country requires more greed on the part of the government than the corporations.

  • Like it is

No, I do not think that the nation would change for the better if the whole system was switched. I think that the way it already is is fine, and if something is not broke then you do not need to spend a bunch of time trying to change it.
