You don't have to go into great detail with regards to a religion. You just actually have to look at the people themselves. For example, if someone portrays that religion in a particular way believing it is the right thing to do to impress their God, and that particular thing actually is quite horrific (example being 9/11), then obviously people are going to believe that it is a bad religion. To go to that extent to ‘impress’ a God, surely can show how naïve people are. Therefore you don’t have to go into great detailed research with regards to religion because the way people portray it actually says a lot. Yes there may be some value and it may be a nice story. However, a person’s action with regards to that religion says it all.
Does. . . . . . . . That. . . . . . . . . . Religion. . . . . . . . . . Give people everlasting.. . . . . . . . . . Life. . . . . . . . . ?
I believe all religion is one of three main causes for war, therefore death, ergo suffering. Using that point, I can easily say all religions are bad without doing research on one particular religion. Firstly, most religions masquerade behind 'peace' being one of their major factors yet have bloodstains histories. I really do not like religion and opening will say all of them are bad.
One does not need to study every political, theological, or social mantra to see it's general undertones. For instance Scientology is horrible, you do not need to research it to figure that out, and while research does back it further no doubt it is quite obvious to the genera onlooker and with basic knowledge of the situation that it's crap. The same is true for many military philosophies, social philosophies such as Manifest Destiny, and political philosophies as well.
